CPSCReady gates packet preparation behind a workspace step before importer information, manufacturer details, lab details, and certificate records are entered.

For the current version, packet records and file-reference metadata are stored in your authenticated workspace. The wizard records lab-report file names or links for packet organization and missing-data review; it does not store the underlying lab-report file contents.

Workspace access is protected by Supabase authentication and database row-level security. Users can delete saved drafts and file references from their workspace.

Payment card details are handled by Stripe Checkout. CPSCReady stores payment status and checkout identifiers, not raw card numbers.

Packet records and file-reference metadata are not sent to AI models by this app. Access to customer records is limited to operators with a business need for support, security, billing, or abuse-prevention purposes.

Core vendors and subprocessors may include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication/database/storage, Stripe for payments, and Brevo for transactional email. Security questions can be sent to support@cpscready.com.

CPSCReady is private software. It does not file ACE entries, does not communicate with CBP systems, and is not affiliated with CPSC, CBP, Amazon, or any government agency.
